The City of Beloeil has set itself the mission of creating a new neighborhood where the community is caring, sharing is natural, and the living environment is healthy. To bring this project to life, the city partnered with Atelier Pierre Thibault, a renowned architecture firm in Quebec. The architect, eager to help the city’s elected officials understand the innovative practices needed to achieve this goal, organized a trip to Copenhagen. It was here that the agility and creativity of MOM Studio truly came into play.

Our team, consisting of a director and a director of photography, joined the delegation to document this visit in only 4 days. The goal was to capture the essence of what the officials experienced and observed in order to share this journey with the citizens of Beloeil and real estate developers. This project blends creativity and storytelling to inspire excitement and make people want to settle in this new neighborhood, designed to be sustainable, human-centered, and inspiring.

“It is truly a gift to have been able to create this short documentary thanks to Bianca’s vision and work, who was able to capture the essence of our approach with sensitivity and creativity. This project allows us today to present our vision in a lively and inspiring way, and we are deeply grateful for this exceptional collaboration.”

– Nadine Viau, Mayor of Beloeil
