Kevin T. Landry

Kevin T. Landry initially specialized in post-production before venturing into directing and screenwriting in 2010, thanks to the Kino Montreal movement. He directed nearly twenty self-financed short films that have traveled worldwide and won several awards. In 2018, he created his first fictional web series as a director and co-screenwriter: “ET PUIS, AMÉLIE EST PARTIE,” produced with financial support from the Fonds Créateurs en Série and the Fonds Indépendant de Production.

In 2023, his first solo feature film, “JOUR DE MERDE” (winner of the Gilles-Carle Prize), is currently in development on his first TV fiction series, “MUKBANG.” Kevin is still involved with Kino Montreal, having been part of its Board of Directors between 2020 and 2022, while also working as a director and editor on various television projects (magazines, documentaries, fiction). He is passionate about dark and absurd humor, the thin line between reality and imagination, and craft brewery beer. However, he is starting to get tired of talking about himself in the third person.
